This phrase is printed in white characters on the red safety tapes that are used to signal covers, plugs or pins placed to protect the sensitive parts of the aircraft (sensors, air intakes, etc.) after technical and mechanical reivisions. As the name suggests, they have to be removed before starting take-off operations.
